What you will do

• Produce AI-assisted video content for digital, social, editorial, studio, and podcast platforms.
• Develop repeatable workflows to turn sports data, rankings, and records into clear and compelling video narratives.
• Create podcast-to-video pipelines, including full episodes, cutdowns, topic segments, and social extensions.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, synthetic voiceovers, and automated editing to increase production speed.
• Build templates and systems for recurring content formats such as player spotlights and historical trends.
• Document production workflows to enable broader team adoption.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and other AI platforms like Runway, Pika, Descript, or ElevenLabs.
• Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex sports data into narratives.
• Experience producing video content for digital, social, or entertainment platforms.
• Strong editorial judgment and a commitment to factual accuracy in storytelling.

Nice to have

• Background in sports media, high school athletics, or digital publishing.
• Experience with automated data-to-video workflows and AI-assisted motion graphics.
• Experience producing vertical video, YouTube content, and short-form social clips.
