What you will do
- Transform long-form videos and podcasts into engaging short-form clips for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Produce custom segments for recurring shows and standalone video-on-demand (VOD) content.
- Optimize video assets for partner syndication, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Design high-quality thumbnails and visual assets to maximize click-through rates and engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Deep understanding of sports betting and prediction market audiences.
- Familiarity with YouTube optimization, clipping, and social media algorithms.
- Experience creating digital graphics using Canva or Photoshop.
- Must be based in the United States.
- English: Fluent or Advanced proficiency required.
