What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain core services using Go and Python.
• Build scalable, secure, and customer-facing features for the R(x) 360 platform.
• Lead technical strategy, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize database performance and manage complex data migrations.
• Address technical debt and improve the overall codebase and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Solid knowledge of Go, Python, or equivalent languages.
• Experience in API development and PostgreSQL database design.
• Proven track record of building and scaling distributed, highly available systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django, FastAPI, or similar Python web frameworks.
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure cloud services (EKS, RDS, SQS).
• Experience with containerization and IaC tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
