Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $146,000 - $234,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end legal structuring and negotiation of project finance transactions including construction loans, term debt, and tax equity.
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security packages, and related financing documents with lenders and institutional counterparties.
- Advise on IRA tax credit structures, domestic content requirements, and energy community compliance.
- Manage lender due diligence processes and coordinate with external counsel through financial close.
- Support corporate-level debt facilities, revolving credit lines, and entity structuring.
- Provide commercial support on EPC contracts, equipment procurement, and PPAs from a bankability perspective.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
- 8–15 years of project finance experience in energy, infrastructure, or data center sectors.
- Proven track record closing complex project finance transactions including tax equity structures.
- Working knowledge of IRA incentive structures and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with multiple active deals and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%.
