What you will do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the Consumer Growth Experience team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to define technical requirements and trade-offs.

• Implement experimentation, feature flagging, and analytics instrumentation for measurable impact.
• Foster high engineering standards through code reviews, design documentation, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React Native or native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience designing and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate cross-functional launches.
