Salary: $155,000–$195,000

What you will do

• Own the administration and governance of the Transcend privacy automation platform.
• Serve as the HIPAA Privacy Officer for applicable programs and data environments.
• Partner with Legal, GRC, IT, and Engineering to translate privacy requirements into operational workflows.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of systems in scope for data rights and privacy workflows.
• Support privacy-by-design checkpoints for new SaaS tools, product features, and data flows.
• Monitor DSR workflow performance and coordinate cross-functional remediation for gaps or failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy operations, GRC, or technical program management.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Experience with privacy automation tools, SaaS administration, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA.
• Ability to communicate complex privacy and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily tasks.
