Staff Software Engineer (SaaS): Shaping the architecture and design of the Freestyle Orchestrator for Workspace ONE UEM with an accent on low-code automation and cross-platform workflow engines. Focus on building scalable distributed systems, mentoring engineers, and ensuring technical excellence in a secure orchestration framework.
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA. This position is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
Salary: $164,512 – $274,187 per year

What you will do
- Own and drive the architecture and design of major components within the Freestyle Orchestrator.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Tackle complex technical challenges related to orchestration, workflow execution, and cross-platform integration.
- Champion quality-first development practices, including automated testing and secure SDLC compliance.
- Collaborate with SRE, Partner Engineering, and Product teams to resolve dependencies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing and building distributed systems or SaaS platforms.
- Strong foundation in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA for hybrid work.
- No sponsorship available for employment-based immigration.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow engines, orchestration platforms, or device management solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Maven, and Artifactory.
- Experience with Workspace ONE UEM or similar enterprise mobility platforms.
