Salary: $164,512 – $274,187 per year

What you will do

• Own and drive the architecture and design of major components within the Freestyle Orchestrator.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Tackle complex technical challenges related to orchestration, workflow execution, and cross-platform integration.
• Champion quality-first development practices, including automated testing and secure SDLC compliance.
• Collaborate with SRE, Partner Engineering, and Product teams to resolve dependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and building distributed systems or SaaS platforms.
• Strong foundation in CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA for hybrid work.
• No sponsorship available for employment-based immigration.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow engines, orchestration platforms, or device management solutions.
• Familiarity with Docker, Maven, and Artifactory.
• Experience with Workspace ONE UEM or similar enterprise mobility platforms.
