Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid: onsite collaboration at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for apparel collections, defining target audiences and commercial outcomes.
  • Build demand among non-endemic anime audiences using paid media, creator partnerships, and community seeding.
  • Manage and grow hirify.global branded collections to deepen core fan loyalty and drive repeat purchases.
  • Drive growth on Amazon by optimizing listings and demand generation performance.
  • Translate collections into campaign concepts and write creative briefs for the production team.
  • Direct paid media strategy and budget allocation across Meta and TikTok, analyzing results to adjust tactics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth, performance, or commercial marketing within DTC, apparel, or consumer brand environments.
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers and manage marketing budgets with accountability for ROI.
  • Fluency with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok) and campaign measurement.
  • Deep fluency in anime culture and understanding of how it intersects with streetwear and fashion.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil for hybrid office collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience growing a business via Amazon Seller or Vendor Central.
  • Experience marketing to North American audiences.
  • Experience working with licensed IP and associated approval processes.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
