What you will do

• Coordinate planning and execution of North American conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and hosted experiences.
• Manage event logistics, including shipping, branded materials, signage, and giveaways.
• Maintain event documentation, operational playbooks, and project timelines.
• Handle purchase requisitions, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and event budget tracking.
• Track registrations, attendance, and KPIs to prepare post-event performance summaries.
• Liaise with external agencies, venues, and event vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or operations.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with event management platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Familiarity with procurement, purchase order processes, and budget reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
