What you will do

• Lead the Data App strategy for the Trading vertical, defining roadmaps and prioritizing high-impact work.
• Translate complex business challenges into detailed technical specifications and requirements.
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives by managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Champion AI adoption by developing AI agents and embedding AI-powered workflows to improve productivity.
• Mentor junior TPMs and establish scalable processes to elevate the broader TPM organization.
• Monitor production systems and support triage efforts to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience as a TPM, Technical Product Manager, or Engineering Lead in data-intensive environments.
• Deep domain expertise in Sportsbook or iGaming.
• Proven experience leveraging AI to transform workflows (e.g., building AI agents, automation solutions).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Sigma.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
