What you will do

• Build and implement automated cloud security solutions and guardrails using Terraform and Python.
• Assess cloud environments to identify and remediate security risks and misconfigurations.
• Develop event-driven automation and data pipelines using tools like Wiz and cloud-native telemetry.
• Act as a cloud security subject matter expert during incident response for investigation and containment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Security, or equivalent practical experience in cloud engineering.
• Experience designing secure cloud solutions in at least one hyper-scale cloud provider.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Python, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and logging.
• Ability to translate risk findings into scalable, automated controls rather than one-off fixes.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Familiarity with CSPM tools such as Wiz.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, or ISO 27001).
