Business Development Manager (FMCG): Driving mutual sustainable growth of packaging solutions for new and existing clients in the Vietnam market with an accent on prospecting, value selling, and pipeline management. Focus on identifying short- and long-term business opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and executing strategic development plans.
Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Flexible working arrangements)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a Business Development Plan aligned with the overall market strategy.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending trade shows.
- Utilize Value Selling techniques and CRM platforms to nurture and manage the opportunity pipeline.
- Lead the development and presentation of tailored packaging solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure sustainable business growth.
- Manage high-potential accounts using key account management (KAM) methodology before transitioning them to account management.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam local market, customer mapping, and industry categories.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry, preferably within beverages and canned food.
- Proven experience dealing with C-level executives and participating in business strategy.
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
