What you will do

• Define and execute strategies for Autoship signup flows to improve customer acquisition.
• Build friction-free shopping experiences that encourage subscribers to add items to their existing orders.
• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to prioritize the product backlog and deliver high-impact features.
• Analyze key performance indicators to measure the impact of new features on subscriber retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with category business teams to align product initiatives with short-term and long-term business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with customer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, B2C, marketplace, or subscription-based business models.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing high-traffic customer experiences.
• Proficiency with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
