What you will do

• Define and refine the platform's vision and product strategy aligned with company and Enterprise Data goals.
• Manage a multi-quarter roadmap balancing architectural evolution with AI, ML, and natural-language consumption use cases.
• Establish a governance charter to ensure data products are trusted, production-ready, and securely classified.
• Design the end-to-end consumption experience for BI, self-service, and AI-driven analytics.
• Lead the migration from legacy data environments to the new platform, including reconciliation and sunsetting.
• Own platform health and unit economics, focusing on reliability, observability, and cost of consumption.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working with data engineering, data platforms, or analytics teams.
• 5+ years owning data or analytics products with direct product management experience.
• Deep familiarity with modern cloud data-warehouse/lakehouse architectures and ELT patterns.
• Strong SQL skills for exploring platform metadata, logs, and data-observability signals.
• Working knowledge of data governance, classification, and access control on shared platforms.
• Must be based in the US; the company does not sponsor work visas or legal permanent residence.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and evaluating natural-language analytics flows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered data-platform patterns like semantic layers and agentic workflows.
• Experience sunsetting legacy data environments in favor of governed platforms.
