What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture and standards for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
• Provide executive technical advisory to VP+ stakeholders on technology choices, TCO, and build vs. buy decisions.
• Establish operational foundations for agentic AI, including multi-model governance and secure multi-agent orchestration.
• Drive alignment and architectural governance across diverse customer and partner technical teams.
• Implement AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) methodologies to maximize builder productivity and time-to-value.
• Champion responsible AI practices, including bias detection and model explainability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and governing architecture on complex transformation programs.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting risk assessments and trade-offs to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) with knowledge of HIPAA, GxP, and standards like FHIR or HL7.
