Estimating & Pricing Manager (Finance)

Estimating & Pricing Manager (Finance): Leading the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Rough Order Magnitude and Direct Commercial Sales team to provide estimating and pricing support from pre-RFP through negotiations with an accent on cost modeling and regulatory compliance. Focus on developing complex Excel-based cost models, managing team workload, and ensuring adherence to FAR and DFARS regulations.

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX or Marietta, GA). Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Rough Order Magnitude and Direct Commercial Sales Estimating & Pricing team.
• Provide end-to-end estimating and pricing support from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations.
• Develop, communicate, and implement organizational estimating and pricing policies and procedures.
• Create complex Excel-based cost models for strategy development and leadership reviews.
• Train and mentor estimators and pricing analysts to ensure organizational growth and capability.
• Interface with C-130 Program personnel and senior leadership to ensure proposal adequacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other Government Procurement regulations for cost proposals.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling.
• Experience with various contract types (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FPIF, T&M).
• Proven experience briefing multiple levels of management.
