What you will do

• Define and execute the camera product line strategy for CMS and ADAS platforms, setting priorities and roadmap execution.
• Own end-to-end system architecture, integrating sensors, optics, ISP, ECU, and display components.
• Ensure the delivery of homologation-ready CMS solutions compliant with UN R46 standards.
• Manage budget planning, annual cost targets, and resource allocation for multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to identify client challenges and expand customer relationships.
• Translate complex technical solutions into measurable business outcomes and ROI for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in automotive engineering focusing on CMS, imaging, and ADAS or vision-based systems.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical leadership role within a global automotive organization.
• Deep expertise in sensor + optics integration, ISP tuning, and low-light/HDR imaging.
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE, IATF16949, APQP, DFMEA, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and SOTIF (ISO 21448).
• Proven experience with 8D methodology for problem-solving (Green/Black Belt certification is a plus).
• Must be based in Barneveld, Netherlands and be willing to travel.
