What you will do

• Conduct complete and accurate cycle counts according to provided schedules.
• Audit and correct bin discrepancies resulting from picking orders, putaway errors, or lost merchandise.
• Investigate missing items and report losses and trends to management.
• Compile and submit detailed discrepancy sheets and Cycle Count Reports to the Lead.
• Organize and straighten merchandise to optimize the picking process.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory control or cycle counting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs frequently and work at heights up to 27.5 ft on equipment.
• Proficiency in RF Scanning and basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
