What you will do

• Build and ship LLM-powered features within a complex, large-scale production application.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and implement end-to-end RAG systems, including vector databases and retrieval optimization.
• Build and deploy multi-agent systems and MCP servers in production environments at scale.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to automate workflows and optimize delivery.
• Own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product Owners and globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania
• Senior-level expertise in Python and proven experience building REST APIs with FastAPI.
• Solid grounding in NLP and machine learning with experience using major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RAG systems and vector databases.
• Experience building and deploying multi-agent systems and MCP servers in production.
• Proficiency with event-driven architectures, server-side events, and messaging systems.
