Location: Must be based in one of the following Ting Towns: Holly Springs, Centennial or Charlottesville (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Lead the full post-contract delivery cycle, including permitting, OSP/drop construction, and installation.
• Manage field vendors and subcontractors, ensuring accountability to quality, safety, and contractual timelines.
• Control project spend by managing purchase orders and reconciling actual spend against approved cost estimates.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact, managing expectations and coordinating readiness milestones.
• Partner with Networks, Engineering, OSP, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless project handoffs.
• Develop detailed project schedules and proactive risk mitigation plans to protect project margins.

Requirements

• Must be based in Holly Springs, Centennial or Charlottesville.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications, ISP, construction, or network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Bulk MDU Internet, Enterprise DIA, and/or Commercial PON (GPON/XGS-PON) deployments.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders, vendor NTP processes, and budget variance analysis.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Open Project, Hubspot, and Google Suites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience with GIS/OSP design tools and permitting portals.
• Familiarity with NESC, local right-of-way, and utility make-ready processes.
