What you will do

• Build and deploy scalable forecasting models from prototype through production.
• Integrate new data sources to enhance forecast accuracy and coverage for over 100 products.
• Design AI-native experiments and agent-driven automation to reduce manual science operations.
• Define and track technical performance metrics and business-critical financial impacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to maintain production-ready solutions.
• Set team standards for methodology, code quality, and experimentation rigor.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience in deep learning architecture design, training, optimization, and model pruning.
• Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Expertise in transformer model architectures (e.g., TFT) and foundation models.
• Experience in neural network and deep learning model fine-tuning.
