What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including coding, PO matching, and payment runs.
• Oversee inventory and freight-related financial activities and reconcile vendor discrepancies.
• Generate cash flow forecasts and reports to inform payment strategies.
• Identify and implement P2P automation to enhance payment workflows.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs while supporting month-end and year-end audits.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and resolve long-term behavioral issues.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 3 times per year domestically and internationally.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience with automated payment systems and MSPs.
• Experience in payment processing workstreams.
