TL;DR

Focus on managing executive dashboards, improving self-service analytics capabilities, and integrating AI-enabled reporting tools.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Utah, USA)

What you will do

  • Own and maintain executive, operational, and channel-level marketing dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Manage marketing KPI frameworks and scorecards to ensure consistent business visibility and alignment.
  • Deliver actionable insights and analysis to support marketing strategy and campaign performance.
  • Partner with BI and Marketing Ops teams to improve data quality and reporting governance.
  • Support the adoption and enablement of AI-driven analytics tools, such as Databricks Genie.
  • Communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or reporting analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong experience building scalable reporting solutions and KPI frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics and funnel reporting.
  • Must be based in Utah for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Ability to pass both a background and credit check.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and campaign performance measurement methodologies.
  • Exposure to Databricks or conversational BI platforms.
