Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Jaguariúna, Brazil (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market strategies.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking platforms.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage the recruitment process via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Engage candidates through various media, articulate value propositions, and manage the interview process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate offers and manage counter-offers.
• Provide accurate reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for blue-collar or manufacturing positions.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Jaguariúna, Brazil.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
