TL;DR

Technical Enablement Manager (AI): Building and scaling programs to power Solutions Engineering and technical post-sales organizations with an accent on technical playbooks, onboarding, and field readiness. Focus on developing technical talent, optimizing enablement infrastructure, and improving ramp and productivity through AI-powered tooling.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (in-office company)

Compensation: $190K – $235K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and scale enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training for Solutions Engineering and technical post-sales teams.
  • Develop technical playbooks, training, and certification programs to improve solution positioning and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate high-impact sessions with technical leaders and top performers to lead a consistent enablement cadence.
  • Optimize enablement infrastructure, including content, learning systems, demo environments, and AI-powered tooling.
  • Lead key GTM moments such as Kickoffs, technical summits, and QBRs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Engineering, or related technical customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working closely with technical field teams, such as Solutions Engineers and Architects.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
  • Strong program management and execution skills to drive tangible outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, technology, and GTM teams.
  • Must be based in San Francisco as the company is strictly in-office.

Nice to have

  • Experience enabling technical products or platforms.
  • Experience building onboarding, certification, or technical development programs.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with demo environments, solution architecture, or technical storytelling.
