Salary: $150,000 - $265,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity

What you will do

• Communicate the company’s technical vision and strategy to customers, partners, investors, and media.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data Science teams to drive platform maturity.
• Engage with government bodies and regulators on cybersecurity policy and innovation.
• Maintain deep expertise in the competitive landscape and emerging security trends to ensure market leadership.
• Provide strategic recommendations for continuous platform improvement based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support executive briefings and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Extensive background in cybersecurity strategy, governance, technology, and policy.
• Proven ability to articulate high-level security strategies to both technical and non-technical C-level audiences.
• Experience in roles such as Regional CTO, Enterprise Technology Strategist, or Strategic Security Consultant.
• Strong track record of industry thought leadership, including speaking engagements, white papers, or media interviews.
• Broad knowledge across security domains including Cloud, Endpoint, SIEM, Identity, and Incident Response.
