Salary: $202,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Manage and coach 6–8 engineers, fostering an inclusive culture and driving professional growth.
• Partner with product, design, and UXR to translate customer pain points into technical MVPs and scalable architectural roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to balance large-scale feature launches with iterative product enhancements.
• Align the team's execution and delivery with high-level business goals.
• Maintain a high bar for quality and user experience across the team's output.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, including leadership as a manager or technical lead.
• Demonstrated track record of growing engineers across various levels.
• Experience working on platforms, including SDKs, APIs, developer tooling, or frameworks.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills to align stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguous spaces.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vancouver office following the hybrid schedule.
