Salary: $168,100 - $227,400 USD

What you will do

• Develop and operate new product features using native AWS infrastructure.
• Scale and improve existing services that power the hirify.global advertising platform.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architecture design at the team and organization levels.
• Mentor and cultivate the growth of junior and mid-level engineers.
• Work across teams and third parties to deliver value to creators and advertisers.
• Improve engineering processes to increase overall team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Go, Java, Python, C++, or similar languages.
• 5+ years of experience developing low-latency distributed services or high-volume data processing workflows.
• Experience refining technical strategy and mentoring engineers.
• Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS ecosystem (Lambda, EC2, RDS, Dynamo, CloudWatch).
• Experience with data pipelines (Kinesis, Airflow, Redshift, Spark).
• Knowledge of web development (React, TypeScript, Jest).
• Experience with mobile development (Android, iOS).
• Familiarity with the ad industry and ad measurement space.
