What you will do

• Develop and maintain core internal identity capabilities, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Design and deploy high-quality API integrations and custom enterprise IGA connectivity solutions.
• Build proactive monitoring frameworks, executive dashboards, and anomaly detection to ensure high availability.
• Maintain documentation, audit logs, and reports to ensure seamless compliance execution.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root-cause analysis for 24x7 operations.
• Guide global partners on IAM best practices and raise the engineering bar through code reviews and technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of backend development experience across multiple stack layers.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate IAM covering the full workforce identity lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript with a strong DevOps mindset.
• Deep understanding of modern authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and secure-by-design principles.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise identity solutions such as Okta, LDAP, or SailPoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, SOX, or PCI.
