Salary: $85,200 - $144,000 USD

What you will do
- Translate pre-sales command plans and desired business outcomes into clear, actionable objectives for public sector customers.
- Guide customers on effective platform usage, drawing on DevSecOps principles, Git workflows, and branching strategies.
- Map and manage the customer journey, coaching clients on the adoption of new use cases over time.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Own a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for driving adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
- Plan, track, and deliver customer enablement initiatives using professional project management skills.
Requirements
- Eligibility as a United States Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is mandatory.
- Proven background in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role with a track record of driving retention and adoption.
- Understanding of Git, common branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps concepts.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of public sector customers and balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in simple language.
