Salary: $85,200 - $144,000 USD

What you will do

  • Translate pre-sales command plans and desired business outcomes into clear, actionable objectives for public sector customers.
  • Guide customers on effective platform usage, drawing on DevSecOps principles, Git workflows, and branching strategies.
  • Map and manage the customer journey, coaching clients on the adoption of new hirify.global use cases over time.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for driving adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
  • Plan, track, and deliver customer enablement initiatives using professional project management skills.

Requirements

  • Eligibility as a United States Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is mandatory.
  • Proven background in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role with a track record of driving retention and adoption.
  • Understanding of Git, common branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of public sector customers and balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in simple language.
