What you will do

• Plan and oversee project delivery activities and release cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and implement delivery governance.
• Drive process optimization and operational excellence to improve delivery speed and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in delivery, project, or program management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills to process and structure large amounts of information.
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete delivery plans.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid setup).
