What you will do
- Plan and oversee project delivery activities and release cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
- Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and implement delivery governance.
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence to improve delivery speed and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivery, project, or program management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical skills to process and structure large amounts of information.
- Ability to translate business needs into concrete delivery plans.
- Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid setup).
