TL;DR

B2B Outside Sales Representative (Fintech): Selling Genius POS and payment platforms to small and mid-sized merchants with an accent on full sales cycle management and field prospecting. Focus on driving revenue growth, delivering consultative value-based presentations, and expanding market share in restaurant and retail industries.

Location: Must live within the geographic area of Cleveland, Ohio and be able to spend at least 75% of time in the field

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce and Atlas.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new opportunities and set appointments.

Requirements

  • Must live within the geographic area of Cleveland, Ohio.
  • 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
