Test Lead

TL;DR

Test Lead: Designing, developing, and implementing testing methods for the Readiness and Employment System (RES) contract with an accent on test planning, scenario creation, and team supervision. Focus on coordinating with development teams, tracking test metrics, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance processes for federal government systems.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive testing procedures, plans, and scenarios.
• Supervise and manage a testing team to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with development and requirements teams to align testing activities.
• Perform diagnostics, functional testing, regression testing, and deployment testing.
• Produce detailed reports on test activities and monitor key performance metrics.
• Drive continuous process improvement through failure, throughput, and yield analysis.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for federal background investigation standards.
• Must have resided in the U.S. for at least 3 consecutive years immediately preceding the start date.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven supervisory and management experience leading a testing team.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, JQL, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
