What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach biostatistics teams while managing relationships with clients and senior management.
• Oversee project progress, financial health, and strategic staffing for the allocated Biostatistics group.
• Provide expert consultancy to sponsors on statistical issues and perform peer reviews of statistical analysis plans.
• Drive process improvement efforts and maintain industry awareness through literature and professional conferences.
• Support business development by participating in bid defenses and RFP strategies to build trusted sponsor relationships.
• Integrate operations between Biostatistics and other departments to increase overall productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics or a closely related field.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical trials design and analysis.
• 7+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Deep working knowledge of CDISC standards and advanced statistical concepts.
• Advanced SAS programming skills, specifically with statistical inferential procedures.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with regulatory agencies such as the FDA and EMA.

Nice to have

• Specific experience in Rare Disease or Specialty pharma sectors.
