Junior Production Planner (MRP/SAP)

Location: Solaro, Lombardy, Italy; onsite

Salary: EUR 35,000–39,000 monthly

What you will do

• Verify component stock, drawings, and order documentation to ensure production plan feasibility.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, supplier invoices, and requests for offer.
• Raise and manage internal production orders, work account purchase orders, and non-conformance records.
• Coordinate workshops, production departments, and the main plant while considering capacity limits and customer requirements.
• Monitor work in progress, delivery times, urgencies, and customer-requested changes.
• Coordinate with technical office, purchasing, order management, warehouse, logistics, production, administrative office, and clients or third parties for attended tests.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, production management, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of previous experience in the role or similar roles in industrial contexts.
• Knowledge of production planning techniques, technical drawings, and MRP logic in a make-to-order environment.
• Experience with MRP, SAP, Excel, purchase orders, and supplier management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, excellent individual organization, and speed of completion.
• Communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
