What you will do

• Program online surveys using Decipher, Qualtrics, and other platforms with attention to logic and aesthetics.
• Provide expert feedback to clients regarding survey structure, question types, and best practices.
• Thoroughly test survey programs to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimal user experience.
• Clean and structure complex datasets in SPSS and Excel.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques in SPSS and WinCross.
• Maintain databases and define new quality control processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in survey programming and data analysis in a high-volume environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage document revisions and maintain change logs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Decipher or Qualtrics.
