TL;DR

Director, Project Management (Edtech): Leading end-to-end project management for AP course and exam revisions with an accent on execution, integration, and operational excellence. Focus on developing scalable project plans, managing complex roadmaps, and integrating Generative AI tools into operational workflows.

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates near offices can choose hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday in office). Occasional travel (3-6 times/year) is required.

Salary: $80,000–$130,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of course and exam revisions throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps using Smartsheet.
  • Monitor dependencies, proactively manage risks, and provide transparent reporting on project health to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration and serve as the primary project liaison for initiatives within the AP program.
  • Integrate approved Generative AI tools into project management workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner on contracts and budget management for complex projects and oversee operational resources.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the higher education industry.
  • Superior technical expertise in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel 3-6 times a year to company offices.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
