What you will do

• Ensure project scope execution regarding HSE, quality, time, and budget.
• Lead site teams and contractors, promoting a culture of safety and strict HSE compliance.
• Monitor construction schedules and implement remedy measures to address deviations.
• Manage subcontractor reporting and detailed construction planning.
• Coordinate intermediate inspections, Mechanical & Electrical Completion tests, and TOPs.
• Represent the company with business partners and manage supervisor functions within the team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in construction of large-scale industrial plants as a construction or site manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple personnel and coordinate diverse construction activities.
• Strong experience in managing complex projects and persuasive communication with business partners.
• Expertise in implementing standardized methods to identify and solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to develop guidelines and requirements within a specific industrial field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Knoxville, TN.
