What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and support Hygiene Operatives to deliver high standards of cleanliness and continuous improvement.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene standards, SOPs, and allergen controls to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Manage and monitor the cleaning schedule, ensuring all tasks are thorough, timely, and traceable.
• Train the team on contamination risks and uphold strict food safety protocols.
• Lead investigations into hygiene-related non-conformances and implement proactive preventative measures.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams to support operations and BRC audits.

Requirements

• Experience leading hygiene teams within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and allergen control.
• Ability to act as the senior contact on the night shift and handle external liaisons.
• Proven track record in coaching teams and managing operational schedules.
• Must have existing right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship is available.
