What you will do

• Execute full-cycle accounting including journal entries, month-end balancing, and ledger maintenance.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage departmental budgets, track cash flow, and provide financial insights.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external financial inquiries.
• Provide technical mentorship and workflow direction to administrative team members.
• Oversee office administrative functions including inventory and process documentation.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and operational support.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and guide staff.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
