TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Leading a high-performing team to drive revenue growth, expansions, and renewals for mid-market and enterprise clients with an accent on AI-driven workflow optimization. Focus on building scalable CS playbooks, coaching team members, and navigating complex commercial negotiations in a hypergrowth environment.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (On-site 5 days a week)

Compensation: $215,000 – $315,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Coach and develop the CS team through deal reviews and actionable performance feedback.
  • Own team performance metrics including GRR, NRR, and expansion goals.
  • Act as a player-coach by participating in complex renewals and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Build and refine the CS playbook, including success planning and forecasting processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to shape GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
  • Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a revenue-owning team.
  • Proven track record of exceeding GRR, NRR, and expansion targets.
  • Strong commercial instincts and executive presence.
