Sustainment Control Account Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage supply cost, technical, and schedule performance for development and modification contracts.
• Perform monthly analysis for Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates and validate supply obligations.
• Status Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates for material deliveries.
• Track material requirements to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) to contractual due dates.
• Conduct variance analysis and present findings to supply and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, finance, or supply chain.
• US Citizenship is mandatory for government security clearance requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budget management, and working to deadlines.

Nice to have

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CAM 101 Certification or equivalent Earned Value Methodology training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or inventory management.
