What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for Salesforce Sales and Experience projects.
• Conduct workshops to capture user stories, business processes, and integration requirements.
• Design and document functional solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to drive user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce CRM.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Chicago.
• Deep understanding of CRM processes, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
