TL;DR
Salesforce Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing technical support and system configuration for internal and external users of the platform with an accent on Salesforce administration, data management, and issue resolution. Location: Must be based in the United States. This position is fully remote with working hours of 10am β 7pm CT.

What you will do
- Monitor and resolve incoming technical cases and emails according to Service Level Standards.
- Configure custom objects, triggers, and workflows within Salesforce to address client issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce processes, data flows, and automated business logic.
- Educate end users through demos, walkthroughs, and clear written documentation.
- Maintain customer data accuracy across Salesforce and jSource platforms.
- Create and manage knowledge articles using KCS principles to support customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in a related technical support or administrative role.
- Basic Salesforce training or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to work 10am β 7pm CT and support occasional weeknight maintenance or system outages.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs.
