What you will do
- Independently own end-to-end diagnosis of application, database, and integration issues in production logistics environments.
- Write and review SQL queries to validate data integrity and analyze execution plans.
- Troubleshoot API integrations, file transfers, and OS-level failures.
- Manage the full case lifecycle with clear customer communication and root cause documentation.
- Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support and collaborate with Engineering on complex issues.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in live environments.
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL, including query writing and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and ITIL processes.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
