What you will do

• Create detailed low and high-fidelity designs, prototypes, user flows, and interfaces following brand guidelines.
• Deliver supporting documentation including personas, site-maps, and storyboards.
• Participate in cross-functional workshops such as co-creation, empathy mapping, and journey mapping.
• Gather user research and analytics insights to ensure product features meet user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to fulfill the product backlog using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Support the implementation of product management vision and strategy across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in User Centred Design and Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with prototyping tools and user journey mapping.
• Ability to conduct user research and perform data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with accessibility management and design systems.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product documentation processes.
