What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems including LLM-powered applications, NLP models, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems.
• Make key architectural decisions across model selection, training/fine-tuning, retrieval mechanisms, orchestration layers, and AI infrastructure.
• Integrate external LLM services into the cloud platform and solve engineering challenges across data collection, retrieval, evaluation, inference, latency, and cost.
• Build online/offline evaluation frameworks, success metrics, monitoring dashboards, and automated evaluation pipelines for prompts/embeddings/models/agent workflows.
• Implement reproducible ML pipelines and CI/CD for AI components; manage deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle of models and AI artifacts.
• Collaborate with product, design, software engineering, and data science; mentor junior AI engineers and establish AI engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and operating cloud services in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered production applications and/or ML/NLP applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML fundamentals (training, optimization, evaluation) plus experience with NLP systems (embeddings, semantic search, retrieval, text classification).
• Hands-on MLOps experience: reproducible pipelines, experiment tracking, automated evaluation, and CI/CD for models and prompts.
• Proven experience integrating and operating LLMs (prompting, evaluation, observability, RAG, agentic workflows) and knowledge of reinforcement learning, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong communication skills in English to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
