Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality software features for the hirify.global Security Platform.
• Collaborate with Growth teams to build data-driven features and user flows that enhance acquisition and retention.
• Manage the technical lifecycle of systems, including architecture, configuration, and risk management.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster professional development and team excellence.
• Build and evolve AI tooling to accelerate daily development workflows.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and test plan oversight.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in complex software product development.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong defensive coding skills with a focus on secure and resilient system design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and database management with Postgres.
• Experience using AI coding agents to accelerate development.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating and managing billing systems like Stripe or Salesforce.
• Background in subscription management workflows.
