What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to architects and agile teams, defining and communicating a shared technical vision.
• Architect end-to-end solutions by translating business needs into technical solutions for existing digital products and new initiatives.
• Set architecture standards and patterns, and conduct deep architectural discussions covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design complex Azure architecture for both mobile and web applications, including future-state application architecture.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to other solution architects through one-to-many sessions.
• Act as a technical liaison across hirify.global technical groups and contribute to major “big bet” initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as an architect with a proven track record delivering business value.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, XP) and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced experience with multi-tier application architecture, full SDLC, and application integration.
• Strong knowledge of application design patterns (e.g., Domain Driven Design, microservices, event-driven, federated identity, strangler fig).
• Experience with API technologies including REST API and GraphQL, plus microservices concepts such as CQRS and BFF.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture on public clouds (IaaS/PaaS) and containerization (Docker and Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
• Experience with mobile application development.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), including responsible AI practices.
