Salary: $153,000 to $204,000

What you will do

  • Administer, optimize, and scale Salesforce and related GTM technologies for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and declarative automation to support business processes.
  • Manage Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and Okta (SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management).
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues in SOX-controlled environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing models).
  • Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado.
  • Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
