What you will do
- Administer, optimize, and scale Salesforce and related GTM technologies for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and declarative automation to support business processes.
- Manage Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and Okta (SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management).
- Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues in SOX-controlled environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing models).
- Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
- Hands-on experience with GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience supporting Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado.
- Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
